Fabulous 1940s black silk gown by none other than Fischer's Heavenly Lingerie, one of the best manufacturers of lingerie in the early 20th century. The body of the gown is made from a sumptuous silk georgette with a touch of sheerness, framed with gorgeous cotton lace. 

Excellent condition. We have put a few stitches in two pinholes in the skirt that get entirely lost in the fullness. Presents as mint.
